Home Watch

Our visits to your unoccupied home are designed so they remain secure, well-maintained, and problem-free. It’s ideal for snowbirds, seasonal residents, frequent travelers, or anyone who owns a second home. We perform thorough checks of both the interior and exterior of your home, looking for issues like water leaks, HVAC failures, mold, pest activity, or signs of unauthorized entry. If a problem is found, you are notified immediately and solutions are arranged. With Clauson Signature Home Watch watching over your home while you are away, your peace of mind is assured.
Home Watch Activities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Exterior Inspection
- Check all doors, windows, and access points for signs of forced entry or damage
- Inspect garage doors and locks
- Examine exterior lighting (motion sensors, security lights)
- Look for signs of vandalism or trespassing
- Inspect landscaping for overgrowth, neglect, or HOA violations
- Assess the irrigation system for proper operation or leaks
- Monitor pool and spa (water level, cleanliness, equipment sounds)
- Check for roof damage, missing shingles, or gutter blockages (visual inspection from ground as well as drone inspection)

- Remove for safekeeping, all flyers, newspapers, and packages
Interior Inspection

- Inspect ceilings, walls, and floors for water damage, leaks, or cracks
